We DO keep your wedding date in mind for all orders and will ensure that it arrives before the wedding date provided. Nearly all of our cake toppers are custom made for each customer. Picture Perfect Weddings assumes no responsiblity for items that do not arrive before the wedding date if insufficient time is given,so please allow yourself plenty of time for shipping. SHIPPING TIMES (not including production time) (Regular mail takes 2-6 weeks, Air mail takes 1-5 weeks  to the US and FED EX is generally 3-6 days - pending clearing at Customs) but PLEASE don't wait till the last minute:) Overnight shipping is available for in-stock items to most major cities, but it is quite costly ($50.00 - $70.00US). INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIME International orders will be shipped by Air Mail, which takes generally 2-3 weeks. This is NOT trackable. Although we make every effort to ensure that the product you order is as it appears on the web site, each topper is hand made and variations may occur. We cannot guarantee that the cake top colors will match your particular color shade. We do not guarantee that the couple ordered will match your description exactly. e.i.: hair color, skin color, race, etc. We do try our best, though. The flower/lace colors are as close to the description of the color as possible. Lace styles and flowers may also vary. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS There are  no refunds on cake tops.... PERIOD!!! NO EXCEPTIONS You must contact us immediately upon delivery if there is a problem with your order. If you must cancel your order please be informed that there will be a 15% processing fee if you cancel an (in stock items only) order BEFORE it is shipped. This fee is to the discretion of management. Taxes Manitoba Residents We are required to collect the 7% PST by law on orders in Manitoba (except Status Indians living on a Reserve; see below). Canadian Residents We are required to collect the 7% GST by law on orders in the remainder of Canada.  Submission of provincial taxes for your province or territory if any, are the responsibility of the customer. Status Indians living on a Reserve, are exempt from Taxes (GST & PST) provided that the parcel is to be SENT to the Reserve.  Please phone our Toll Free number at 1-800-741-4080, so we may verify your tax free status under these circumstances. USA Residents We do not collect taxes for US Orders.  All taxes if any and there submission to tax authorities are the responsibility of the customer.  Customs and Brokerage fees may be collected for the government by Fed Ex upon delivery of your order. There is no duty (on merchandise manufactured in Canada or USA) or handling fees on orders to the USA (NAFTA or duty free goods). (Our cake tops are assembled in Canada and shipped from Canada. Parts are manufactured in China.) There are no State taxes to the USA under the Internet Tax Freedom Act (USA)

Please understand that NONE of our toppers are sitting on the shelf, ready to ship. EACH topper is MADE-TO-ORDER. We require up to 6 weeks to complete each topper due to our heavy workload. RUSH SERVICE is available for a fee.
